As a Fabrication Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the activities of production workers, ensuring that production targets are met and maintaining a safe and productive work environment. 2nd Shift Welding Supervisor job responsibilities include:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress and providing guidance and support as needed
• Ensure that production schedules are met and that production targets are achieved within established timelines and quality standards
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to safety, quality control, and production efficiency
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning and identify any maintenance or repair needs

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a fabrication environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve common goals
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and tools, with a focus on lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
