Overview:

Seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead and coordinate daily operations on the floor. If you know how to drive efficiency, manage teams, and keep quality top-tier, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

Motivate and guide production staff to hit targets and improve output. Review operations regularly and work cross-functionally to resolve production issues. Implement systems for tracking performance, quality, and maintenance. Oversee hiring, training, evaluations, and conflict resolution. Keep detailed reports on production flow and personnel.

What You Bring:

Strong communication, critical thinking, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. In-depth knowledge of production methods, quality control, and manufacturing logistics. Familiarity with tools, machinery, and technical documentation. Understanding of technical plans, blueprints, and design systems.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred. Experience in a production or manufacturing leadership role.
