Job Summary:

Plum Creek is seeking a skilled Welding Supervisor to join our team. The Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of MIG welders on a production line.

Duties:

• Manage employees perform welding tasks
• Manage the use of hand tools and welding equipment
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure work meets specifications
• Work with sheet metal, tubing a channel

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a supervisor or similar role
• Basic understanding of MIG welding techniques
• Ability to read and interpret spec books
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Experience working with hand tools
• Basic understanding of sheet metal fabrication
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to lead a team
