Job Description:
- ## The production supervisor position is responsible for supervising employees in a manufacturing and assembly environment. This position plans and assigns work, implements policies and procedures and recommends improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures, and working conditions.

Responsibilities:

Pay is up to $85,000.

Required Education & Experience:
- Associate’s degree
- 3-5 years of experience in a production environment
- Preferred metal fabrication experience
- Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or 5-8 years of experience in a production environment.
- Previous quality management experience.
