Strong working knowledge of GMP, HACCP, SQF, and Lean Manufacturing principles. Proficiency in data analytics, Microsoft Excel, ERP Systems, and Microsoft Office. Dairy manufacturing experience Most likely will have the job title “Production Supervisor” Preferably bachelors degree but is not a deal breaker 6 plus years of experience
