Are you a Tooling Supervisor / Engineer from an Injection Molding background looking to step into a management role with further progression opportunities to oversee multiple sites? Are you looking to mentor and train staff, growing your highly skilled department?

This global manufacturer has facilities based across North America, Europe and Asia, and due to their continued growth and ambitious future plans, are looking to bring on a Tooling Manager to lead the department within the Canton facility.
On offer is an autonomous position where you will be guiding the department, coordinating CI efforts within the department. You will be responsible for training technicians, molding the group and identifying best practices.
This role would suit a Tooling Supervisor from an Injection Molding background looking to step up into Management and lead a department.
The role:
Managing and mentoring a team of 6 Tooling Technicians.
Analyzing existing processes and determining opportunities for improvements.
Progression into Corporate Tooling Manager where you will oversee multiple facilities.
The candidate:
Tooling Experience from an Injection Molding or High-Volume Machining background.
Experience with Tool and Die.
AutoCAD (or other 3-D Design Package) Experience and knowledge of GD+T.
