Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manufacturing Project Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, a commitment to quality, and the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing activities to ensure production targets are achieved. Monitor production processes and workflows, making adjustments as necessary to optimize efficiency. Train, mentor, and evaluate team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with other departments such as quality assurance, maintenance, and logistics to streamline operations. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to maintain operational standards. Prepare reports on production metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Qualifications Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in millwork or cabinetry. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles. Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate staff. Effective problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement. Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in manufacturing settings. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient in using manufacturing software and tools; experience with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
