Job Summary As a Real Wood Veneer Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our veneer department. Your expertise in working with real wood veneer will be crucial in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production processes. You will collaborate with various departments to meet production goals and maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship. Responsibilities Manage and oversee the daily operations of the veneer department. Ensure the quality and consistency of veneer products. Collaborate with other departments to meet production targets. Train and mentor team members on veneer techniques and best practices. Maintain and troubleshoot veneer machinery and equipment. Implement and monitor safety protocols within the department. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience working with real wood veneer. Strong knowledge of veneer types, properties, and applications. Proven ability to manage and lead a team. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machinery. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
