Our client is looking for a Night Shift Production Supervisor to lead a high-performing team, maintain quality and safety standards, and keep production running smoothly overnight. ????
What You’ll Do:
Lead and supervise nightly production operations, ensuring top-tier safety, quality, and efficiency Enforce safety protocols and investigate workplace incidents as needed Manage and support team members including inspectors, machine setters, and fabricators Coordinate work schedules, shift changes, and job assignments Coach, train, and provide performance feedback to team members Assist with changeovers and optimize workflow to meet production targets Track timekeeping, attendance, and report absenteeism ?
What We’re Looking For:
Education:
High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience:
3-5 years in a production environment; quality management background a plus Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Physically able to stand for 6-8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment Availability to work weekends and overnight hours as needed
