PrideStaff is currently recruiting for a Production Supervisor for 1st Shift for a manufacturing company located in Mills River.
Duties and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our powder coating and e-coat operations
This individual will be responsible for leading a team of technicians and operators, ensuring quality, safety, efficiency, and compliance with all production and environmental standards
Supervise day-to-day operations of the powder and e-coat lines
Optimize line utilization to ensure maximum line density and efficient production runs
Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to meet daily schedules
Monitor and maintain coating quality standards, including thickness, adhesion, and cure
Troubleshoot and resolve process or equipment issues to minimize downtime
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
Train, coach, and develop team members to achieve high performance and engagement
Manage inventory of coatings, chemicals, and supplies
Track and report key performance metrics such as throughput, rework, and productivity
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and 5S methodologies
Qualifications and Responsibilities:
4+ years of supervisory experience, coatings experience a big plus
Strong knowledge of coating technologies, surface prep, cure cycles, and inspection
Ability to read technical documents such as blueprints, coating specifications, and work orders
Proven leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Commitment to innovation and sustainability in manufacturing
Hours of Work:
1st Shift
- 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $55,000.00 - $65,000.
00 Per Year
