Efficiently managing a team consisting of entry-level, semi-skilled, and skilled personnel. Directs work group or department to assure on-time production and/or delivery. Selects and trains employees to produce at standard-and-above efficiency. Training/cross-training employees on products/machinery and company policies. Responsible for teaching safe work practices, good housekeeping procedures and seeing that they are adhered to. Ensures safety of employees by proactively identifying safety concerns and resolving open incidents in a timely manner. Responsible for maintaining quality standards. Responsible for maintaining high employee morale and positive relationships. Responsible for controlling absenteeism, scrap and waste. What do you bring?
