Responsibilities As a Construction Supervisor, you will support all phases of utility construction for various types of telecom projects. You believe in doing the job right. Being the best. In addition, you will: Lead by example and support the company-wide safety culture Drive your team to meet deadlines and produce quality projects Ensure all telecom projects meet Inspector and Quality Control (QC) standards, including accurate documentation, adherence to specifications, and readiness for inspections.
Provide a high level of customer service when interfacing with customers Utilize multiple online applications and company software for required duties. Provide support to field crews by troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise during project execution to ensure timely completion. Assist with coaching and development of crew members to promote skill growth, safety awareness, and overall team performance. Keep consistent communication with the local team, crews, and customers
Gives direction to multiple crews and their job site activities Oversee the Drop crews, ensuring jobs are done efficiently and accurately Resource management, deliver equipment and materials from the warehouse to the job sites as needed

Qualifications About You:

Safety is a part of your day to day You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality You are looking for long term projects You are an experienced leader who supported the day to day needs of a construction crew You know the telecom construction industry.
Aerial Structure (preferred), Coax Splicing, Fiber Splicing, Directional Drilling, Wireline work You enjoy problem-solving with creative solutioning and like to troubleshoot problems as they arise in the field You embrace the challenge of coaching and mentoring your team You have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Excel, and the ability to learn custom software Design experience with the ArcGIS platform preferred; familiarity with mapping tools, spatial analysis, and telecom design workflows is a plus. You are organized, have an attention to detail, and can communicate effectively. You are a self starter, with the ability to work independently or as a team. MOS Codes 12H, 12N, 25W, 91X, 2549, 2591 relate well to this position. Hard work pays off.
