3+ years of proven leadership experience Mechanical/electrical troubleshooting and repair experience Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment Good knowledge of

Production Supervisor Essential Tasks:

Lead a team of operators and support the operation of the resin machine. Operate the resin machine and load dry materials and foil rolls as scheduled. Work with the team to improve efficiencies through planning and instruction. Complete reports and documentation as required, in print or digitally.
