The company serves clients in the health care, automotive, textile, food and beverage industries. Supervisor in training Summary This person will be trained in all aspects of the operations, but the main focus will be development as Process Supervisor. The training program will take 12 to 16 months to complete and will include the following:

• Day to Day operations of the manufacturing process
• Personnel management
• Customer service
• Personnel Safety
• Food Safety
• Quality Control
• Logistics Requirements
• AS or BS degree in Sciences (Math, Environmental, Electrical, Automation, Engineering)
• Some manufacturing knowledge
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook
• Great communications skills both written and verbal.
• Strong writing and reading skills
• A strong desire to learn

00 per hour + quarterly performance increases during your training period Initial training schedule would be Monday – Thursday 12 hours (48) or Mon – Wed 12 hours and Thursday 8hours (44). This is subject to change as you progress through training. Eventually the schedule will be 12 hr shift-7:00a-7:00P/7:00p to 7:00a-4 days on and 4 days off- shifts rotate every 90 days
