Role:

Trelleborg isseeking a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor to oversee multi-shift operations, ensuring quality, productivity, and on-time delivery meet company and customer expectations. This role is critical in maintaining asafe and healthy work environmentwhile driving operational excellence and fostering teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a safe and compliant work environment for all employees. Ensure adherence to the Environmental Management System, Quality Policy, and Quality Management System. Supervise daily operations across multiple shifts, promoting standardized processes and procedures. Participate in the recruitment and training of new production employees. Utilize visual management boards to support communication across production teams. Lead, communicate professionally, and manage conflict resolution effectively. Schedule and coordinate daily work assignments for various shifts. Analyze scrap data to help reduce waste and improve efficiency. Attend and contribute to safety, production, and cost meetings. Maintain employee time and attendance records. Identify opportunities for training updates and coordinate training sessions. Coach, mentor, and counsel employees as needed. Provide meaningful feedback and assist in removing roadblocks for employees. Recognize and reward strong individual and team performance. Provide coverage for the Production Manager and/or Leads as required. Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or GED (required); Associate’s Degree in Business (preferred). Two years of production leadership experience (preferred). Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Experience in Manufacturing Excellence (preferred). Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/AXXOS preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
