Responsibilities:

• Lead and organize work activities and resource scheduling.
• Read blueprints and equipment lists for assembly.
• Troubleshoot job-related issues and collaborate with leadership for solutions.
• Operate tools, machines, and specialty equipment.
• Ensure projects are completed on time with the highest quality.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial sheet metal experience.
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience installing and repairing commercial HVAC systems including sheet metal installation and duct system repairs.
• Fluent understanding of the principles of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
• Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting up to 115 lbs.
• High School Diploma or equivalent, with relevant work experience.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record (Company vehicle available for personal use)
