Job Description:

We’re looking for an experienced and dependable Lead Scaffold Erector to take charge of scaffold assembly operations on various job sites in the Raleigh area. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with 3+ years of scaffold erecting experience , strong safety awareness, and the ability to lead a crew effectively. You must be comfortable working at heights , experienced in using fall protection , and able to manage both the physical demands of the job and the coordination of day-to-day work.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a crew in the safe erection and dismantling of scaffolding structures Read and interpret scaffold design plans or site instructions Ensure compliance with safety standards and job site regulations Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members Maintain equipment and work area Train or mentor less experienced crew members

Requirements:

3+ years of hands-on scaffold erecting experience Proven ability to work in a harness and at heights Strong leadership and communication skills Must be extremely reliable and punctual Team player with a safety-first mindset Must have reliable transportation to job sites in the Raleigh, NC area OSHA 10 or other safety certifications are a plus
