- What You’ll Be Doing
- + Lead daily operations of the aggregates plant to ensure safe and efficient production + Supervise and support plant personnel to meet performance and quality goals + Monitor equipment and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime + Track production metrics and implement process improvements + Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations

- + Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a production environment + Strong understanding of aggregate plant operations and equipment + Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement + Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills + Clear and professional communication with all levels of the organization
