Production Supervisor UniFirst is seeking an enthusiastic andknowledgeable Production Supervisor to join our UniFirst family. Asa Production Supervisor, you will be a key player in helping tolead the production team and drive top level performance. Inaddition to providing supervision in operation of the plantconsistent with directives of the Assistant Production Manager andin accordance with company policies and goals. At UniFirst we havea 5-day work week, enjoy Saturday & Sunday off We have an immediateopening and provide on the job training.

Supervise and support production process flow. Supports thetraining of plant personnel. Supports overall morale and safety atthe location. Reports operational, manufacturing, and maintenanceproblems as they arise. Supports production data entry and reportreview. Supports management of inventory. Works with ProductionManagement to address team partner concerns. Other tasks asassigned. Qualifications What we’re looking for: Must be at least18 years of age or older High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent isrequired Two-year degree from an accredited college or universitypreferred 2-4 years of related experience and/or training preferredValid driver’s license and a safe driving record is requiredAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and drawvalid conclusions Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. Ability to applyconcepts such as fractions, percentages, rations, and proportionsto practical situations Ability to effectively present informationand respond to questions.
