Experience in a machine shop (supervisory experience preferred) Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Machine Shop Supervisor to oversee daily machining operations and ensure efficient, high-quality production. You’ll be hands-on with CNC machines while also leading a team, enforcing safety, and maintaining production schedules. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate machining activities in the shop Set up and operate CNC, manual, and semi-automated equipment Train team members on equipment use and safety procedures Ensure production meets quality control standards and deadlines Document processes, irregularities, and communicate across shifts Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 3-5 years of machining experience (including CNC and manual operations) Supervisory experience preferred Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and technical documents Skilled in CNC programming (Haas machines preferred) Knowledge of tooling, process development, and precision measurement tools Must work well in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities •2nd Shift runs 4pm-12am. 3rd Shift runs 12am-8am•For any follow ups, feel free to reach out Office number: (978)-941-4362 Office email: Info@Em-Kat.com
