NESC Staffing Hampton, NH 03842 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manufacturing Team Leader to oversee our production team and ensure efficient operations within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a commitment to quality, and the ability to motivate and guide team members in achieving production goals. This role is crucial in maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity while fostering a positive work environment. Duties Lead and supervise a team of manufacturing associates to ensure optimal performance and adherence to production schedules. Monitor daily operations and workflow, making adjustments as necessary to meet production targets. Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all team members. Conduct regular training sessions for team members on equipment operation, safety procedures, and quality standards. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency. Analyze production metrics and report on performance, identifying areas for improvement. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and suggestions from team members. Experience Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role preferred. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and safety regulations. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage team members effectively. Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making within a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours as needed to meet production demands.
