Production Supervisor Position Available In Rockingham, New Hampshire

2nd Shift Machine Shop Production Supervisor needed in Plaistow, NH! This is a direct-hire position. The pay is $70k/year. The Production Supervisor will coordinate and supervise the activities of production machining in the machine shop, as well as producing machined parts operating CNC and other semi-automated equipment.

Job duties:

• Responsible for documenting processes and quality controls.
• Manage, maintain, and train personnel on operation of equipment.
• Responsible for setup and operation of CNC, semi-automated, and manual equipment.
• Ensuring quality control standards are maintained while meeting production schedules.
• Maintaining continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
• Maintaining safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
• Maintain area around machinery in a neat, clean and orderly manner. Apply now!
• Experience setting up and operating CNC and manual mills and lathes for machining of metal and plastic components.
• Experience programming CNC mills and lathes, at the machine.
• Knowledge of CNC mill and lathe tooling. Experience in developing and programming mill and lathe processes.
• Ability to use and understand basic precision measuring equipment.
• Must have the ability to read and understand blueprints, customer sketches, written specifications and/or drawings.
• High School diploma or GED
• Must be able to verbally communicate effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment, which can be subjected to numerous schedule and priority changes and short notice activity.
