Our client located in Claremont, NH is looking for Production Supervisors to join their team! Your qualifications for the Production Supervisor position are as follows:

• Associates degree or equivalent from technical school
• Previous experience in steel fabrication and construction
• Must have solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles
• Proficient blueprint reading skills
• Understanding of fabrication processes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Good computer skills including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Strong time management ability

• Direct Hire position
• 2 Full time positions available
• 1st shift Monday
• Thursday 6am-4:30pm and Friday 6am-2:30pm
• 2nd shift Monday
• Thursday 4:30pm
• 3am and Friday 2:30pm-11pm

• 100+k based on skills, experience, and shift

  For the Production Supervisor position your duties will include:
• Prepare production reports and schedules
• Analyze production and identify variance to goal
• Identify issues and make recommendations to develop corrective action plan
• Ensure efficient production operations and quality objectives
• Collaborate with others for communication and work flow
• Supervise, train and motivate production team
• Maintain current industry knowledge
• Other projects as requested
