The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing programs that drive productivity, quality, and operational efficiency. The Production Supervisor will cultivate a culture of trust, accountability, and continuous improvement, helping the plant achieve its Vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Development:

Coach, mentor, motivate, and develop your team to achieve excellence in all aspects of plant operations.

Collaboration:

Work with the Materials and Quality teams to meet delivery and quality requirements consistently.

Standardization and Training:

Assist in the identification and development of standardized procedures and training materials to improve efficiency and safety.

Shift Coordination:

Conduct shift meetings to facilitate smooth shift-to-shift communication and ensure operational continuity.

Manufacturing Operations:

Effectively manage floor activities, including:

Accurate reporting of production, scrap, and labor.

Timely startup and shutdown of shifts.

Training, development, and motivation of your team.

Salary Range:

$65,000 – $70,000 an hour based on education, experience, and qualifications of the applicant. 

QualificationsEducation:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.

Experience:

3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with leadership responsibilities, preferably in manufacturing.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. SAP experience is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of management and staff.
