Job Details Responsibilities:

1.Overseeing daily operations to ensure production targets are metand quality standards are maintained. 2. Implementing processimprovements to enhance efficiency and productivity. 3.Supervising, training, and mentoring production staff to promote ahigh-performing team environment. 4. Ensuring adherence to safetystandards and regulations. 5. Collaborating with other departmentsto optimize production processes. 6. Monitoring and controllinginventory levels to minimize waste and maximize efficiency. 7.Conducting regular quality control checks and implementingcorrective actions as necessary. 8. Managing production schedulesto ensure timely delivery of products. 9. Leading and participatingin cross-functional teams to improve overall operations. 10.Reporting on production metrics and performance to seniormanagement.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experiencein a supervisory role within the manufacturing industry. 2. Provenexperience in process improvement, foods, life sciences, qualitycontrol, and team leadership.
