We are currently looking for a Production Supervisor position which supports and supervises assigned activities as they relate to the production employees in our Asbury Park facility. What you will be doing:

Oversees departments to survey work process, employees & equipment operation ensuring safety and quality standards are met
Enters employee payroll information and production scores via computer
Communicates production issues to management
Supervises, orients & trains employees What you will bring to the role: A minimum of a High School diploma or GED is required with 3 years of supervisory or management experience. Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
Union environment experience preferred.
Excellent communication (verbal, written, and listening), organizational, and time management skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities and ability to quickly solve complex issues.
A passion to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities to meet the needs of HCSC.

Additional information:

This position reports directly to the Production Manager and will be based out of the Asbury, NJ location. They will be responsible for working the following schedule: First Shift Production – 7:00am to 4:00pm, with additional hours as needed Successful completion of a background check and drug screen are required for this position.
