Job Description:

An established manufacturing organization is seeking anexperienced Manufacturing Supervisor to lead operations within itsFabrication Department. This role is responsible for productionplanning, team leadership, and cross-functional coordination toensure high-quality, on-time, and cost-effective manufacturing.

Director of Operations KeyResponsibilities:

Manage daily manufacturing operations, monitorkey performance indicators, and ensure timely product deliverywithin budget. Develop and maintain production schedules, laborplans, and cost estimates. Support quoting and business developmentefforts with accurate production data. Enforce OSHA-compliantsafety standards and lead employee training initiatives.

Collaborate with internal teams (Quality, Engineering, Purchasing,HR) to drive operational efficiency. Supervise, mentor, and supportmanufacturing personnel with a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

5 years of experience in welding/fabricationmanufacturing; minimum 2 years in a leadership role. Weldingcertification preferred.

Skills:

Strong leadership, organizational,and communication abilities.
