Day or Night Shifts Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive, committed, and hands-on leader to oversee production operations in the fresh food industry. This role is responsible for ensuring production, quality, and safety goals are met while motivating and guiding the team to maintain an efficient and well-organized workflow.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience supervising production, preferably in food or perishable goods. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Knowledge of food safety and quality standards. Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
