Production Supervisor Deb El 35 West State Street, Sherburne, NY 13460 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee operations in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production processes, including the ability to fabricate and assemble products using various tools and machinery. This role requires exceptional leadership skills to manage a team effectively while ensuring that all production goals are met efficiently and safely. Duties Supervise daily production activities within the production line, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols and food manufacturing. Coordinate workflow and assign tasks to team members, optimizing productivity in the warehouse environment. Monitor equipment performance and conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure operational efficiency. Train new employees on proper manufacturing techniques, safety practices, and equipment operation. Maintain accurate records of production output, inventory levels, and any incidents that occur on the factory floor. Collaborate with management to identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions. Requirements Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role within a manufacturing/production environment. Familiarity with assembly line processes and warehouse operations. Ability to fabricate components as required by production specifications. Excellent leadership skills with the capability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work flexible hours as needed based on production demands.
