Factory Production Supervisor – Luxury Custom Cabinetry

Hicksville, NY 11801 Cambridge Kitchens , a leading name in bespoke luxury cabinetry and millwork, is seeking a Factory Production Supervisor to oversee and optimize day-to-day operations in our high-tech manufacturing facility in Hicksville, NY. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate a team of skilled craftsmen and machine operators Maintain daily and weekly production schedules to ensure timely project delivery Implement and enforce strict quality control standards at every stage Operate and oversee advanced machinery including CNC machines , automated table saws , edge banders, etc. Work closely with our design and project management teams to interpret shop drawings and troubleshoot production issues Monitor materials, inventory, and workflow to ensure efficiency Foster a safe, clean, and productive work environment

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in cabinet or millwork production , with supervisory experience strongly preferred Deep knowledge of custom cabinet construction methods and joinery Proficiency with Cabinet Vision or similar cabinet software (reading and interpreting) Strong leadership skills and attention to detail Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred Experience with high-end, custom residential projects a must
