Manufacturing Supervisor (80-100K)
We are looking for a Manufacturing Supervisor to work for an International Manufacturer in the Syracuse, NY area. This is a direct hire opportunity.

Work Schedule:

6PM – 6AM (4 days on / 4 days off).

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise production operators and ensure smooth, safe plant operations during the evening shift
Conduct floor rounds and ensure daily checklists are completed
Resolve equipment and process issues quickly and effectively
Monitor raw material usage, yields, and production output
Ensure team adherence to environmental, health, and safety standards
Provide training, coaching, and engagement to the production team
Collaborate with maintenance and engineering to drive process improvements

Experience:

3+ years in a supervisory or lead operations role (chemical, food processing, or related manufacturing industry)
Strong people skills, problem solving, decision making, and communication skills
Good computer skills
