Enforcing company rules and regulations Review Set-ups and perform Mfg. Inspection Assign daily work assignments Create Job Packets (Routes, Prints, WI, etc.) Create/Submit Pick Lists Issue Materials to Jobs Make Material Moves Review Jobs for Labor and Material Accuracy Review Time and Attendance Daily Assist in reviewing and posting Department KPIs Support/Assist/Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives Perform 6S audits as required Perform Direct Labor as required

Education:

High School diploma or equivalent – 2 year degree preferred (Technical)

Experience:

2 years minimum Production Experience. 2 years minimum Supervisory Experience.

Computer skills:

Basic computer skills. Experience with

MS Office:

Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point. Will be required to learn to use Syteline (ERP system)

Compensation:
