Our displays and imaginative designs dazzle shoppers and visitors at the most famous retailers and landmark buildings across America. Our décor will be seen by millions of people throughout the holiday season. We are looking for a driven Production Supervisor, to join our full-time team. The major responsibility will be to ensure the production process remains smooth and efficient by organizing workflows and monitoring staff. You will be in charge of direct, train, and assist production workers. At times, this can be a difficult job that is demanding, both physically and mentally. However, it is truly a unique experience. It is rewarding to know that you could play a part in some of the most recognized Christmas displays in the world including Radio City Music Hall, Saks Fifth Avenue and Rockefeller Center. Production Duties and Responsibilities Staff/Building Management Train staff in policies, procedures, and work expectations. Enforce and support all company rules and policies. Aid in training for new crew members. Set and maintain high standards in quality of work. Consistently maintain cleanliness and organization of workspace. Take initiative on the floor to identify and tackle tasks that need to be completed. Remain accountable for each crew member’s whereabouts and activities. Edit Timesheets with comments and necessary changes. Troubleshoot minor personnel issues. Attend management training classes when applicable. Receive training, alarm code, and keys for opening and closing the building. Production Meetings/Communications Attend all Confirmation Meetings for assigned projects as well as Teams Reviews for designated Team and follow-up meetings as necessary. Follow guidelines in Wrike and attain all necessary information for Production. Communicate across company departments to source information regarding specific projects. (This includes Project Management, Account Management, Design, Procurement, Logistics, and Human Resources.) Production Execution Ensure all décor elements for each assigned project are produced, completed, labeled accurately, and packaged correctly and to company standards. Document all refurbishment and production notes. Update and verify all box counts and packaging requirements. Adhere to the Production Schedule and meet deadlines for assigned projects. Monitor and record production timing and labor. Hold responsibility for assignments and maintain production statuses in Wrike. Create packing lists for out-of-town projects and ship outs. In-season, monitor installation calendar to ensure assigned projects are prepared. Other duties as assigned. Required Skills & Competencies 3+ Years in a similar role Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook Knowledge of AC production processes Excellent Time Management Skills
