Food & Beverage Production Supervisor Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our food and beverage manufacturing facility . This role is responsible for meeting production targets while upholding the highest standards of food safety, quality, and team performance. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, industry-specific knowledge, and a commitment to continuous improvement in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily food and beverage production activities to meet output, quality, and safety goals. Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, HACCP, and GMP standards throughout the production process. Train, mentor, and evaluate production team members to support performance, safety, and sanitation best practices. Monitor production lines and equipment; troubleshoot and implement adjustments to maintain efficiency and minimize downtime. Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Inventory teams to ensure seamless production and quick resolution of issues. Maintain a clean and organized facility, enforcing strict adherence to sanitation protocols and personal hygiene standards. Track and report on production metrics including yields, labor efficiency, and downtime; contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
3+ years of supervisory experience in food, beverage, or CPG production environments . Strong understanding of food safety standards , HACCP, GMP, and sanitation practices. Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a production team in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Familiarity with automated production lines, mixing/blending, filling, or packaging equipment . Comfortable using power tools and hand tools when required for maintenance or line changeovers. Forklift operation experience and safety certification preferred. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, or shifts as needed.

Full-time Pay:
$70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
