•This role is not open for submissions from outside staffingagencies.• Production Supervisor (Night Shift 6 PM start)$65,000-$75,000/year We are looking for 2nd Shift ProductionSupervisor to be based at our Pittsburgh, PA location. TheProduction Supervisor would monitor and coordinate plant flooractivities throughout the shift, keeping on schedule and minimizingback orders. The 2nd shift production crew usually works 8-12hours. Supervise assigned employees as well as properly train allnew hire employees that join the Trulite Team. Ensure that allproduct that is produced meets the company standards and addressany issues that may come up throughout production.

On the floor supervisor that is willingto work side by side with the production team to finish theproduction goal.
Skills You Bring:
High School Diploma and two (2)year degree preferred At least five (5) years’ experience in anArchitectural Glass Manufacturing environment-tempering andfabrication experience preferred Two (2) years of supervisoryexperience preferred or training, or equivalent combination ofeducation and experience.

Oversee andconduct training for new teams members Must be able to multi-task,be organized, efficient, accurate and be accountable to jobresponsibilities Provide feedback and development of your teamAbility to mentor and coach employees on a one-on-one basis as wellas a group Handle ever changing business environments anddepartmental need changes Maintain interdepartmental, generalbusiness and customer communication and confidentiality Performssupervision duties in accordance with the organization’s policiesand applicable laws. Responsible for training employees; planning,assigning, and directing work; performance appraisals performance;recognition, rewarding and disciplining employees. Partners withleadership team and human resources to address complaints andresolve problems.
