You will be a key member of the manufacturing leadership team by focusing on leading a team to proactively support continuous improvement, productivity, and safety-oriented projects to further business goals. Key Responsibilities Build, monitor and improve teamwork. Lead with safety in all aspects of machinery operation. Supports hiring, training, and retaining employees. Inspect parts and follow SFS inspection processes for quality. Support predictive and preventative maintenance process. Prevents and detects potential quality problems by following the QES (Quality, Environmental, Safety) standards. Actively participate in Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) Responsible for team meetings on a regular basis & information of the team members Administrative tasks as required•reporting, timekeeping, hiring and disciplinary documentation, processing timecards, etc. Monitors and enforces cleaning of assigned equipment & area. Works with production planning to maintain a high delivery service level. Maintain accurate inventory levels in the Warehouse management system The Ideal Candidate High School Diploma or GED required Min. 2 years in manufacturing environment Proven experience in a leadership or supervisor role with ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving productivity goals Proficiency in using computers, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), warehouse management systems or inventory tracking software Safety-first mindset Excellent organizational and time management skills Effective oral and written communication skills Our employees are the driving force behind our successful and dynamically growing company.
