Be the point of contact in the field, updating the project manager on progress, issues, and next steps. Work full-time, year-round, reporting to the shop at 6:30-7:00 AM and finishing by 4:30 PM most days. Travel daily using a company work truck, with paid travel from the shop to the job site and back. We seek a Masonry Foreman to lead our team with strong organization, communication, and hands-on expertise. This role requires leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to oversee daily site operations, coordinate materials and crew members, and keep projects on track. Our Ideal Masonry Foreman:

Experience :

At least 5 years in Masonry, with a minimum of 3 years laying block and brick. Experience and skill in reading & interpreting blueprints and working on commercial masonry projects are required.

Leadership :

Able to manage a crew, maintain a productive job site, and lead positively. Your experience is not as important as your attitude; we are willing to train the right person.

Problem Solver :

Thinks ahead, anticipates challenges, and finds solutions to keep work moving.

Safety-focused :

Prioritizes a safe work environment, follows regulations, and ensures the crew operates safely. OSHA certification is helpful but not required – we will help you get certified if needed.

Physically Capable :

Able to bend, kneel, lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work at heights.

Driven :

Motivated, takes the initiative, and maintains a positive attitude.

Team-Oriented:

Communicates openly, works independently and with a team, stays organized, and leads effectively. Must have basic hand tools.
