This job requires a person to oversee production planning, the Production staff and equipment used. This person must have good organizational and communication skills, coordinate production requirements to meet promised ship dates work in a cooperative manner with all departments to assure the best quality product at the least possible cost. Ensure that production goals are being met, implement company policies and provide leadership and training in all areas under the guide of production management.

JOB DUTIES 1.

Direct the work of all production line supervisors, production planning, mix room personnel, fabrication dept. and shipping. 2. Responsible for staffing and manning department reserves coordination. 3. Coordinate with Engineering and Purchasing on new or repair of equipment. 4. Coordinate with Quality Assurance to maintain highest possible product quality. 5. Work closely with others in upper management to plan and implement the company’s goals, policies, and procedures. 6. Analyze computer data for production planning, daily production efficiency and scrap. 7. Determine, plan and execute what adjustments need to be made to maintain an efficient operation.

JOB SPECIFICATION 1.

Must have a college or University Degree or a combination of education, experience and training. 2. Efficient in Microsoft applications

Job Types:

Full-time, Part-time Pay:

$90,000.00 – $115,000.00 per year
