The Process Supervisor will oversee production operations, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met within the manufacturing process. This role is crucial for leading the production team, managing resources, and implementing best practices to achieve organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure optimal performance and adherence to quality standards.
Lead and mentor the production team, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
Implement and monitor safety compliance measures within the production area to ensure a safe working environment.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training and development opportunities for team members.
Analyze production processes and implement lean manufacturing techniques to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
Utilize problem-solving skills to address and resolve operational challenges and implement root cause analysis for recurring issues.
Manage production schedules and resource allocation to meet production targets and deadlines.
Ensure effective quality control measures are in place to maintain product standards.
Oversee the operation and maintenance of molding equipment and automation systems, including robotics and eDart. Qualifications Proven experience in production supervision within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of plastics manufacturing processes, including injection molding and molding equipment.
Experience with quality control and safety compliance in a production setting.
Demonstrated skills in team leadership and mentoring of staff.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices.
Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis abilities.
