Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalentexperience preferred. Must have 2 years’ experience in amanufacturing environment. Minimum of 1 years of manufacturingengineering experience with a beverage, food or liquid consumerproducts manufacturer is a plus. Must be experienced with GMP’s,sanitation standards and FDA requirements. Knowledge of severallines of equipment, e.g., debagging tray packaging systems,fillers, labelers, palletizers and conveyors. Flexible hours tomanage multiple shifts. Excellent organizational and interpersonalskills. Previous supervisory experience. Strong Facilitationskills. Exceptional communication skills

Responsibilities:
The Production Supervisor will be responsible formanaging shift operations and related maintenance activities.
Supervisors are responsible for maintaining a safe work group thatis focused on quality, customer service, people development, andproducing product at the lowest cost possible. Knowledge ofmaintenance and troubleshooting is a plus. This role will provide asuccessful candidate the opportunity to gain a well-rounded base ofexperience in both operations and engineering.
Essential JobDuties:
Must be experienced with GMP’s, sanitation standards andFDA requirements. Knowledge of several lines of equipment, e.g.,debagging, tray packaging systems, fillers, labelers, palletizersand conveyors. Experienced in training operators in equipmentoperational procedures. Determining commitments that production canmake, making those commitments, and then executing to meet thosecommitments. Utilizing the production resources in the mostefficient manner possible. Following and executing to productionschedule. Ensuring on time delivery of our products to all ourcustomers as dictated by the production schedule. Setting andenforcing safety guidelines for all employees. Providing safetytraining for all direct reports. Maintaining the organization andcleanliness of the entire production area. Providing propermaintenance and care to all machines, tools, forklifts, racks andall other equipment. Communicating to Logistics Supervisors, otherProduction Supervisors, Production Manager and all other partiesconcerned of any issues, concerns, and/or changes. Completing allpaperwork on time and accurately. Verification of time sheets foraccuracy relating to hours worked by employees Attending allrequired meetings. Conducting weekly safety meetings. Must haveknowledge of the operation of all machines on the production line.
Leads the team in order to obtain the best results. Makescontributions as a member of the Premium Waters management team toimprove the organization and its image in any way possible.
Supervises, directs and motivates the efforts of personnel in theProduction area of responsibility.
GMP & PPE
Required:
While on theproduction floor in the plant, you will be required to follow andhelp to enforce all GMP regulations in the plant. Anyone enteringthe production floor must follow the GMP rules in their employeehandbook, which includes the required hairnets, beard nets, andearplugs. It is also required that all personnel wear safetyglasses. Follows standard operating procedures including qualitychecks and procedures for all operations. Also follows HACCP andSQF requirements for food quality and safety. Non-Essential JobDuties Will perform other related work as required. In the absenceof this employee, the direct manager or appointee will coverresponsibilities.
