Summary:

7-10 years in manufacturing (durable goods preferred) Must be hands on leader that will be comfortable working from the floor and leads by example Salary 75-85K+ Bonuses + Full Benefits + (ESOP) Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our first shift operations in durable goods manufacturing. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production processes, maintain high-quality standards, and foster a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production targets and deadlines. Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff to enhance their skills and performance. Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure product standards are met. Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and resolve issues. Maintain accurate production records and reports. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency. Ensure proper maintenance and operation of production equipment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within durable goods manufacturing. Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using production management software and tools.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift and move materials as required.
