Plant Supervisor 3.0 3.0 out of 5 stars 3612 Paxtonville Road, Middleburg, PA 17842 The plant supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations within our manufacturing production facility, ensuring processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. You will manage teams, monitor and maintain equipment, enforce safety protocols, and work towards meeting production goals, often acting as a bridge between management and frontline workers. You will manage daily activities, ensure production targets are met, enforce safety procedures and ensure product quality meets standards. You will be responsible for team leadership, motivating and training employees and addressing workplace issues. We need someone who can communicate effectively with both management and your team members while identifying opportunities for process improvement and change to enhance efficiency and productivity. You will need to maintain accurate production records, safety incidents and report as necessary. The right candidate should have a background in management and be comfortable with leading and motivating team members while being able to identify and solve production equipment and product issues. Knowledge of manufacturing processes is necessary and knowledge of safety and regulatory standards is helpful.
