DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Summary:

You will coordinate daily production schedules, train operators in the use of our ERP system, and coordinate training. 3rd

Shift:

R uns Sunday night through Friday morning.

Hours:

10:45pm

Team Lead Salary Range:

$23.00

• $28.

00/hour, based on experience

The Impact You’ll Make:

• Assist with the supervision of daily work performance for employees including providing coordination, direction, and training in the work.
• Address and coach through disciplinary issues. Escalate to Production Supervisor when needed.
• Create schedules to meet hiring needs.
• Perform product inspections on a regular basis and audit daily activities against standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Ensure overall safety; ensure employees follow proper safety procedures in the completion of daily tasks including operation of powered industrial equipment.
• Train new employees in the general operations of the department; ensure employees complete job training and assist in on-going training and support.
• Conduct inspections, troubleshoot and supervise the repair of mechanical issues with equipment.

Essential Experiences:

• High School diploma / GED OR 4+ years of manufacturing experience
• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite; ERP experience preferred What we offer you:
