Production Supervisor Position Available In York, Pennsylvania

Production Supervisor Nipro Renal Solutions USA, Corp 509 Fishing Creek Rd, Lewisberry, PA 17339 Nipro Renal Solutions in Lewisberry is currently seeking a dynamic and results- driven production supervisor. This role manages the manufacturing process and the people who work on it to ensure that products are made efficiently and safely.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 Utilize SAP for work notifications and lot releases  ERP transactions for finished production orders  Daily shift report submission  Batch record submissions to label room for new production orders  Manage all consumables and ordering of suppliers tied to production process  Responsible for team time and attendance through HRIS  Identifies opportunities for improvement and ensures that lean opportunities are executed.  Responsible for following all safety policies and holding team members accountable for safe practices.  Ability to plan and execute daily operations to meet weekly production targets.  Coordinates with other departments to resolve issues around maintenance PM’s, material availability, quality concerns, etc.  Ability to disassemble and reassemble complex machinery while performing cleaning and inspecting for any preventative maintenance issues.  Must be able to work overtime as needed.  This position must adhere to all safety policies and quality controls. Work Experience Requirements:

 3-5 years of experience leading a team in a manufacturing environment. (Prefer medical device background)  Prefer some background and experience in packaging industry related to bottling lines, vertical form fill seal machines, case erectors/sealers, palletizers, etc.  Fork Lift Certification – 6 months – 1 year of experience on sit down forklifts.

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
