Salary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent CNCManager to join our manufacturing industry team. As a CNC Manager,you will be responsible for overseeing the CNC Machiningoperations, ensuring that all production targets are met, andmaintaining high standards of quality control.
Responsibilities:
Manage the CNC Machining operations, ensuring that all productiontargets are met on time and within budget. Develop and implementstrategies to improve the efficiency and productivity of the CNCMachining operations. Ensure that all CNC machines are properlymaintained and serviced, and that all necessary repairs are carriedout promptly. Oversee the training and development of CNCMachinists, ensuring that they are equipped with the skills andknowledge required to operate the machines effectively. Develop andimplement quality control procedures to ensure that all productsmeet the required standards. Ensure that all safety regulations areadhered to, and that all employees are aware of theirresponsibilities in this regard. Liaise with other departments,such as production planning and engineering, to ensure that allproduction targets are met.
Job Details Qualifications:
At least 3years of experience as a CNC Manager in a manufacturing industrysetting. Strong knowledge of CNC Machining, including cnc latheprogramming, manual lathe, manual mill, and cnc machine operations.
Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability tomotivate and inspire a team. Strong problem-solving skills, withthe ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the abilityto build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels. Goodknowledge of quality control procedures and safety regulations.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field is preferred,but not mandatory.
