CCS Construction Staffing is hiring a Skilled HVAC Sheet Metal Foreman to lead a mechanical install team on a high-profile commercial project in Charleston, SC. We’re seeking a reliable, experienced leader who can read blueprints, lay out ductwork, and manage crews efficiently while maintaining safety and productivity.

Responsibilities:
Lead a crew of sheet metal mechanics and helpers on commercial HVAC installs
Read and interpret mechanical blueprints and plans
Lay out duct runs and ensure correct installation
Coordinate with project managers and ensure jobsite safety
Set the tone for professionalism and work ethic on-site
Requirements:
Proven experience as a sheet metal foreman on commercial projects
Ability to read blueprints and lay out ductwork
Must have own tools and full PPE
Reliable transportation
Ability to lead a crew by example
OSHA 10 is a plus
