We are seeking an experienced Metal Paneling Superintendent to oversee and manage metal paneling projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metal panel installation and will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate metal paneling projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards and regulations
Manage on-site operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and subcontractor supervision
Review project plans and specifications to ensure quality control and compliance with design requirements
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve any issues that arise during construction
Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project progress
Train and mentor junior staff and subcontractors on best practices in metal panel installation and safety procedures Qualifications 3+ years Superintendent experience in metal paneling, ACM, drywall, etc.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and liaise with clients
