Every year we also deliver holiday cheer by installing beautiful holiday décor for our customers, which include corporate offices, hotels, healthcare facilities, small businesses, and more. Mission The mission of the Plant Care Supervisor is to act as the right-hand of the Operations Manager and ensure that we’re delivering quality, expertise, and responsiveness to our customers every day. As the lead horticultural technician, you’ll be a “player-coach”

  • maintaining some accounts yourself while also developing and coaching other team members so that our quality standards are upheld across all customer locations.

Job Duties & Responsibilities Maintain regular plant care route focused on larger, high profile accounts Train & coach team members on plant care techniques, company processes and customer-specific requirements Perform account evaluations and provide feedback to other horticultural technicians Assist Operations Manager with route schedules, inventory, customer issues, and other daily operations of the branch Get to know all customer accounts so that you can fill in for other technicians as needed Outcomes Here’s what success looks like for this role: You reinforce & enhance our service quality through consistent training, coaching, and feedback with other technicians. You’re able to manage the branch’s daily operations when the Operations Manager is away. You set the example/standard for other plant care technicians. Key Competencies Horticultural expertise
