quality management system. Responsibilities Supervise daily production activities to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and efficiency standards. Manage and coordinate the fabrication and assembly processes to meet production schedules. Implement production planning strategies to optimize workflow and resource allocation. Monitor quality control measures throughout the production process to ensure compliance with company standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff to enhance performance and productivity. Maintain accurate records of production metrics and report on performance against established goals. Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and operational, addressing any issues promptly. Experience Proven experience in production management or operations management within a manufacturing environment is essential. Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles, including inventory control and logistics coordination. Familiarity with quality control processes and standards related to manufacturing operations. Demonstrated ability in production planning and process improvement methodologies. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving common goals. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in managing complex production tasks. Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members at all levels of the organization.
