Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced production supervisor to join our manufacturing team as a Plant Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring quality standards are met, and fostering a positive work environment for our staff. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Team Leadership Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production staff Provide training and development opportunities for team members Foster a positive work environment to enhance team morale Production Oversight Monitor production processes and workflows to ensure targets are met Implement production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions Quality Control Ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications Conduct regular inspections and audits of the production line Collaborate with quality assurance teams to address any quality concerns Safety Compliance Promote and enforce safety protocols and regulations within the production area Conduct safety training sessions and ensure all staff adhere to safety practices Investigate accidents and incidents, implementing measures to prevent recurrence Reporting and Documentation Maintain accurate records of production metrics, inventory levels, and staff performance Prepare reports for management regarding production efficiency and issues Assist in budget planning and resource allocation for production needs

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in manufacturing/engineering preferred Prior experience in a supervisory role within a production environment is required Familiarity with manufacturing processes and equipment Strong leadership and team management skills Effective communication skills – both written and verbal Proficiency in production management software tools
